Imagine a world where there is easy and affordable access to trusted support, community connections, and educational services so parents raise healthy, secure children in a strong and connected community.

A world where families are nurtured from the start.

Nurture is building that community, and we're asking a few of our key partners to rally their friends, family, and networks to support Nurture's growth spurt so we can provide even more support for pregnant and new families.

Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can ensure get families off to the best possible start into parenthood.

Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Nurture.

Your gift supports the following:

Birth & Early Parenting Resource Directory
Nurture is creating an online repository of verified pregnancy and early parenting resources that will reduce organizational siloing, create a better networked maternal/infant health ecosystem, be a platform to reach the community, and help identify gaps in service.

Ecosystem Cultivation
Nurture hosts a combination of professional education seminars, meetings, and community events where Perinatal Health and Early Childhood Stakeholders gather for peer learning and cross-sector relationship building.

#RVAbreastfeeds
Since 2013, this collaborative effort has engaged multiple stakeholders to reduce childhood obesity through policy, infrastructure, and environmental changes that promote a breastfeeding-friendly community in Richmond.

Breastfeeding Real Talk
Culturally-appropriate infant feeding support led by lactation support providers trained in Lactation from the Black perspective (The B.L.A.C.K. Course) and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
